Terms of Service
As the client, you are responsible for:
- Immediately notifying us of any changes in the number of pets
- Prompt payment of balances due
- Maintaining safe access into and out of your yard
Note: If we are unable to clean because we cannot access your yard, you will still be charged for that cleanup.
Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you’d like to pause service, please let us know in advance.
We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.
Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.
If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month you may be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed.
Please Note:
Your payment card will need to be linked to your account before your service is scheduled so that proper invoices and payments can be processed. If your card is not connected, our Field Tech or Customer Service Representative will contact you. If you have questions or need help connecting your card, we are always available at 908-SCOOP-4-U (908-726-6748) to help you over the phone.
Cancellation Policy
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:
- Pre-Paid Service Terms:
- All services are provided on a pre-paid basis for the selected term (e.g., month, quarter, semi-annual or annual).
- Pre-paid terms are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been processed.
- No Early Termination:
- Subscribers may not cancel the service or request a refund during an active pre-paid term.
- Services will remain active until the end of the pre-paid term, after which the subscription can be canceled or renewed.
- Renewal and Cancellation:
- You may cancel the service before the next billing cycle to prevent automatic renewal.
- Cancellation requests for upcoming terms must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
- In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., relocation, serious illness), exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of No Scoop 4 U.
Payment for post-paid services are due within 15 days from the service date.
No Scoop 4 U uses the data we collect to operate our business, analyze performance, and provide 5-star service.
By accepting the terms and conditions, you give No Scoop 4 U permission to use collected information for advertising and marketing purposes. This may include sending promotional communications, targeted advertising, and special offers via phone, SMS text and/or email.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
