These Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to the text message program operated by No Scoop 4 U, a service of Mariscape Ventures Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t opt in.
1. What Our Texts Are For
When you give us your number and opt in — for example, when you request a quote or sign up for service — we may send you text messages such as:
- Follow-ups on a quote you requested
- Offers, promotions, and updates about No Scoop 4 U
- Service-related messages, such as scheduling and reminders, for work we’re doing for you
2. How Often You’ll Hear From Us
Message frequency varies. We aim to text only when it’s useful and won’t flood your inbox.
3. Cost
We don’t charge you to receive our texts, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
4. How to Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our quote or sign-up form, or by texting us after we invite you to. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of getting a quote or becoming a customer.
5. How to Get Help or Opt Out
- Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at cs@noscoop4u.com or 908-SCOOP-4-U.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we’ll send one confirmation message and then stop sending marketing texts to that number.
- If you change your mind, you can opt back in at any time by signing up again.
Opting out of marketing texts won’t stop essential service messages related to work we’re actively doing for you (such as scheduling or billing), unless you ask us to stop those too.
6. Your Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we will not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to communicate with you about No Scoop 4 U and other services we may offer under our own company. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Carriers and Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your carrier’s network, and we can’t guarantee that every message will be delivered.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above and post the revised terms here.
